General terms and conditions of sale for the pike fishing guiding service in Sweden

1.Objet

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the provision of fishing guide services in Sweden offered on the website fishingescapesweden.com

The service provider offers only guided fishing trips.

This is not a travel agency, tour operator, or a provider of package holidays or vacation packages.

2. Identification of the service provider

Service provider – Company currently being established in Sweden.

Full legal information (company name, Swedish registration number, address) will be provided to the client upon booking confirmation or registration.

Bookings and deposits can be made now. Official invoices will be issued once the company is registered.

3. Description of services

The services include:

• Guiding by a fishing guide

• Organization of guided fishing trips

• Provision of the necessary equipment and gear as per the agreed-upon service.

• Accommodation, transportation, and international travel are not included in the contractual services.

• Recommendations may be provided for informational purposes only and are not binding.

Fishing equipment can be provided if necessary. In case of breakage, the client responsible is responsible for the cost of reimbursement and replacement of the equipment.

4. Reservation

All booking requests are made via the website's contact form or through direct communication with the service provider.

• The booking becomes confirmed after:

• date confirmation by the service provider,

payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of the service.

5. Payment terms

• A 30% deposit is required upon booking.

• The balance is due no later than 30 days before the start date of the service.

Payment plans may be available upon request, subject to terms agreed upon by both parties.

If the balance is not paid on time, the service provider reserves the right to cancel the booking without refunding the deposit.

6. Cancellation by the customer

• Cancellation more than 30 days before the service: the deposit is retained by the service provider.

• Cancellation less than 30 days before: the full cost of the service may be due.

• No refund will be given for any service that has begun and is interrupted by the client.

7. Cancellation or modification by the service provider

The service provider may cancel or modify a service in the event of force majeure (weather conditions, safety issues, events beyond their control).

In this case, a postponement or a refund of payments made may be offered, without additional compensation.

8. Responsibility

Fishing is an outdoor activity that involves risks.

The service provider cannot be held liable for:

• accidents resulting from reckless behavior,

• failure to comply with safety instructions,

• natural or weather conditions.

The client declares that they are in good physical condition and have appropriate personal insurance.

9. Regulations

The client agrees to comply with all applicable Swedish fishing regulations (permits, minimum sizes, quotas, and permitted seasons). Any violation is the sole responsibility of the client.

10. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and solely within the context of the business relationship. It is neither sold nor transmitted to third parties.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swedish law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
